- Craft innovative customer success strategies to strategically position and highlight the unique features of our groundbreaking software products in the market.
- Build and lead a highly motivated customer success team, inspiring team members to achieve excellence while fostering their individual strengths.
- Dive deep into customer needs and competitive landscapes of Flowers, creating detailed analyses that serve as the foundation for data-driven decisions and further solidify our position in the market.
- Develop tailored customer success campaigns that not only increase the satisfaction of our clients but also resonate with our target audience on a personal level, fostering lasting connections.
- Implement advanced analytics tools to monitor the success of our customer success activities, optimize KPIs, and drive continuous improvements.
YOUR PROFILE
- You have proven successes in developing and implementing customer success strategies, particularly in the B2B Software as a Service (SaaS) sector.
- First leadership experience is a must, and you have the ability to lead and grow a team that goes the extra mile for customer satisfaction.
- Your deep understanding of the B2B software industry and technology market enables you to identify current trends and integrate them into our customer success strategy.
- Proficient in analyzing customer data, KPIs, and market research results to make data-driven decisions.
- With excellent interpersonal skills, you not only communicate effectively internally but also build external relationships that propel our company forward. You are fluent in German and English.
