We are growing and are looking for a passionate Site Reliability Engineer (f/d/m) to join our team. As a key member of our Engineering team, you will own the developer experience and work closely with our engineers and tech leadership to shape the future of our cutting-edge platform.
YOUR MISSION
  • Design and Architect: Build and maintain scalable, resilient, and high-performance systems that support our large-scale distributed applications and microservices.

  • Automate and Optimize: Develop and implement automation tools and frameworks to streamline deployment processes, enhance monitoring, and improve incident response.

  • Ensure Reliability: Provide comprehensive observability pipelines, proactively detect and mitigate issues, and set up robust monitoring and alerting systems to ensure high service reliability and performance.

  • Enhance Security and Compliance: Implement policies, security enforcement, and compliance standards (e.g., ISO), and use tools like AWS GuardDuty and AWS Config to protect our infrastructure.

  • Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, operations, and product management, to align on technical and business goals, and drive continuous improvement and innovation in our platform.
YOUR PROFILE
  • Experienced SRE/Platform Engineer: Proven experience in site reliability engineering, platform engineering, or a similar role, with a deep understanding of observability practices and performance optimization.

  • Infrastructure as Code Expert: Proficiency with tools like Terraform, Terragrunt, and Kubernetes manifests, and a strong grasp of cloud infrastructure management, particularly AWS.

  • Container Orchestration Pro: Hands-on experience with container orchestration tools such as Kubernetes (AWS EKS), Docker, and GitOps practices using tools like Flux CD/Argo CD.

  • Security Savvy: Strong understanding of security practices, including Zero Trust, PKI, WAF, encryption, and compliance standards, with a commitment to maintaining robust security measures.

  • Programming and Scripting Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and proficiency in programming and scripting languages such as Golang, Python, and JavaScript, with the ability to develop and contribute to internal tools and open-source projects.
