Als Founders Associate (w/d/m) brauchst du eine ausgeprägte Problemlösungsfähigkeit und musst eigenständig arbeiten. In der Rolle wirst Du direkt mit unserem Gründer Andreas Martin zusammenarbeiten.

Deine Aufgaben

Strategische Initiativen vorantreiben: Arbeite direkt mit unserem Gründer an wichtigen Projekten, von der Marktexpansion bis hin zur Produktentwicklung. Du wirst an Entscheidungen beteiligt sein, die die Zukunft des Unternehmens prägen.
Prozesse analysieren und optimieren: Untersuche unsere Arbeitsabläufe und identifiziere Bereiche, die automatisiert oder effizienter gestaltet werden können. Deine Erkenntnisse werden entscheidend für die Skalierung unserer Prozesse sein.
Teamübergreifend zusammenarbeiten: Arbeite mit den Teams aus Technik, Produkt und Vertrieb zusammen, um die erfolgreiche Umsetzung unternehmensweiter Initiativen sicherzustellen. Du überbrückst die Lücke zwischen Strategie und Ausführung.
Fundraising-Bemühungen unterstützen: Trage zu unseren Investor Relations bei, indem Du Pitch Decks vorbereitest, Markttrends analysierst und Fundraising-Aktivitäten unterstützt. Du spielst eine Schlüsselrolle in unserem Wachstumsprozess.
Innovationen und Experimente vorantreiben: Setze Deine Ideen um, indem Du experimentelle Projekte leitest, die die Grenzen von KI und Prozessautomatisierung erweitern. Wir suchen jemanden, der es wagt, in großen Dimensionen zu denken.

Dein Profil

Hochschulabsolvent oder Berufseinsteiger mit einem Abschluss in Wirtschaft, Ingenieurwesen, Informatik oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet.
Unternehmerischer Geist: Du hast Erfahrung in Start-ups, Praktika oder unternehmerischen Projekten. Du fühlst dich in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld wohl und hast ein Händchen dafür, Dinge zu erledigen.
Analytischer und strategischer Denker: Du verfügst über ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und könntest Probleme aus einer strategischen Perspektive angehen. Erfahrungen in der Beratung, im VC-Bereich oder in ähnlichen Bereichen sind ein Plus.
Technisch Affin: Du fühlst dich im Umgang mit Technologie wohl und hast ein starkes Interesse an KI, Automatisierung und innovativen Softwarelösungen. Grundlegende Kenntnisse in der Programmierung oder in Tools zur Prozessautomatisierung sind ein Plus.
Proaktiv und anpassungsfähig: Du ergreifst die Initiative und bist wissbegierig. Du hast keine Angst vor Unklarheiten und kannst Dich schnell an wechselnde Prioritäten anpassen.
Hervorragende mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten (Deutsch & Englisch).

As Founders Associate (f/d/m) at Flowers, you will thrive in a work environment that requires strong problem-solving skills and independent self-direction, coupled with an aptitude for team collaboration and open communication. In this role you will work directly with our CEO Andreas Martin.

YOUR MISSION

Drive Strategic Initiatives: Work directly with our founder on key projects, from market expansion to product development. You'll be involved in high-impact decisions that shape the future of the company.
Analyze and Optimize Processes: Dive into our workflows and identify areas for automation and efficiency improvements. Your insights will be critical in scaling our operations.
Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with engineering, product, and sales teams to ensure seamless execution of company-wide initiatives. You'll bridge the gap between strategy and execution.
Support Fundraising Efforts: Contribute to investor relations by preparing pitch decks, analyzing market trends, and supporting fundraising activities. You'll play a key role in our growth journey.
Innovate and Experiment: Bring your ideas to life by leading experimental projects that push the boundaries of what's possible in AI and process automation. We're looking for someone who’s not afraid to think big.

YOUR PROFILE

Academic Excellence: Recent graduate or early-career professional with a degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. You've consistently excelled in your studies.
Entrepreneurial Spirit: You have experience in startups, internships, or entrepreneurial projects. You thrive in fast-paced environments and have a knack for getting things done.
Analytical and Strategic Thinker: You possess strong analytical skills and can approach problems from a strategic perspective. Experience in consulting, VC, or similar fields is a plus.
Tech-Savvy: You're comfortable with technology and have a strong interest in AI, automation, and innovative software solutions. Basic understanding of programming or process automation tools is a bonus.
Proactive and Adaptable: You take initiative and are eager to learn. You’re not afraid of ambiguity and can adapt quickly to changing priorities.
