Wir wachsen und suchen leidenschaftliche Account Executives (w/d/m), die unser Team verstärken und unser schnelles Wachstum weiter vorantreiben. Als ein wichtiges Mitglied unseres Revenue-Teams wirst Du eine wesentliche Rolle bei der Gestaltung der Zukunft unserer innovativen Plattform spielen.

Deine Aufgaben

In deiner neuen Rolle bist du die Speerspitze von Flowers am Markt und verantwortlich dafür, neue Kunden zu gewinnen und unseren Umsatz anzukurbeln.
Als Account Executive (m/w/d) bist du Treiber der Deals – von der ersten Besprechung über die Produktdemo bis hin zur Verhandlung und dem endgültigen Abschluss.
Durch die Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing, SDRs, aber auch durch deine eigenen Outbound- Aktivitäten, sorgst Du für eine konstant gefüllte Pipeline, um Deine Ziele zu erreichen.
Du bist verantwortlich für eine überzeugende Customer Journey einschließlich der Erstellung von Pitch-Materialien und der Durchführung gewinnender Kundenansprachen.
Um unseren Erfolg voranzutreiben, überwachst du kontinuierlich deine Leistung, um Bereiche für Verbesserungen zu identifizieren.

Dein Profil

Du verfügst über mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Vertrieb von Softwarelösungen – insbesondere in den Bereichen B2B sowie Software oder Software-as-a-Service (SaaS).
Du hast ein tiefgreifendes Verständnis der Branche und der aktuellen Markttrends sowie insbesondere des deutschen Mittelstands (SMB).
Du bist kundenorientiert, kannst Probleme sofort identifizieren und hast ein gutes Verständnis dafür, wie ein SaaS-Produkt diese Probleme lösen kann.
Du bist ein Selbststarter und kannst bei Bedarf selbst Strukturen aufbauen und genießt es, in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld zu arbeiten.
Du sprichst fließend Deutsch, verfügst über ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und bist eloquent – eine gewinnende Art ist ein Schlüsselelement deines Erfolgsrezepts.

We're expanding and on the lookout for passionate Account Executives (f/d/m) to join our team to further drive our fast revenue growth. As a key member of our sales team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our innovative platform.

YOUR MISSION

In your new role, you are Flower’s spearhead into the market by being accountable for winning and driving revenue from new customers.
As an account executive, you are the driver of the deal – from the initial meeting, any nurturing steps up to the negotiation and final closure.
Working with Marketing and Sales Development Representatives but also through your own outbound activities, you make sure to have a constant pipeline building motion in place to ensure the required pipeline coverage to overachieve our monthly and quarterly targets.
Together with Marketing you will be responsible for creating and executing a compelling customer journey by setting up a cadence, compiling and creating pitch materials and ensuring customer outreaches at the highest level of professionalism.
To drive our success, you continuously monitor your performance to ensure targets are met and to identify areas for improvement.

YOUR PROFILE

You have a proven track record of minimum 3 years in direct sales – ideally in the B2B Software as a Service business.
A deep understanding of the industry and market trends as well as the German Mittelstand (SMB) is what helps you to identify, nurture and close new business opportunities.
You are customer oriented, are able to identify customer pains in end customer’s businesses and have a good understanding how software can address those. Quantifying the business impact for the customer is something you feel very comfortable with.
You are a self-starter and are able to build structures where needed as well as enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
You are fluent in German, have excellent communication skills and are eloquent – a winning manner is a key ingredient to your success recipe. You are familiar with tools like HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
